The clients create and sync local copies of this directory and it's contents, so it's available offline. It hasn't been community vetted yet since it's new, too. CS Backup is a very simple program that doesn't allow for scheduling and doesn't allow for multiple backup tasks. This is a completely separate application from Cloud Station Drive which is the classic Cloud Station. It's using a folder on the NAS to store the Data. Just a FYI: Cloud Station Backup is new to DSM6.0. It does exactly what i want, the Application needs to be installed and configured on the NAS and there are clients vor Windows, Linux and Mac available. You then open on your Windows PC for the Tool.
